A project created during the final year of my illustration BA at London College of Communication. Inspired by the topic of 'Alien' and how the natural world appears to us, in particular the marine environment - which in spite of it being somehere we cannot inhabit is greatly affected by our needs and lifestyle and that this is ultimately destroying this vast unseen eco system. Coral in particular turns white when it dies, along with the life it hosts. A ghostly reminder of death.
